1er DIA - CUZCO / KM 82 / HUAYLLABAMBA

Early transfer by bus to the Km 82, where you start the trip. You'll visit the Inca remains of Patallacta and Huayllabamba; here you're first exciting camping night. Also we'll have  hiking day,aprox 4 hours  when you arrive at your campsite you'll find everything ready.Enjoy tea time with hot drinks, pop-corn and biscuits.  Lunch, tea-time and dinner are included.

After early breakfast you start a 4 hours up-hill in the Cusichaca valley, to reach the Warmiwayñusca pass (4050 m.a.s.l./13,280 fts.). The taril descents to the Pacaymayo valley, for aprox. 1 1/2 hours. Camping in the bottom of the vallley. This journey is aprox. 6 hours hiking. Breakfast, lunch, tea-time and dinner are included.

From the campsite, the trail climbs  slowly  (2 hours hiking) passing by inca remains of Runkurakay. From here the trail is really easy, trail descents through the arqheological sites of Sayacmarca, Phuyupatamarca and Wiñaywayna.Camping.the Wiñaywayna area and is possible to take a hot shower and buy a cold beer in a small lodge.

A very early breakfast (5 pm.).We start an 1 1/2 hour hiking through the covered cloud forest  Inca Trail. You'll reach Inti Punku (sun gate) that is only 30 min walking,down you can see Machupicchu,we start a 2 hour guided visit. You'll have time to visit again Machupicchu by your-self before return by bus to the town of Aguas Calientes, where lunch is waiting.At mid-afternoon the  train takes you back to Cusco, arriving around evening. Transfer to your hotel and overnight. Dinner on your own
